describe your personal style: i feel like my personal style changes constantly. right now it’s y2k but earthtones.

biggest style influences: I’ve definitely been heavily influenced by Buffy the vampire slayer lately. Japanese street ware is also something I’m forever inspired by.

favorite vintage piece and where you found it: A very hard question.... over the years I’ve found so many killer vintage pieces from thrift stores, but i would say my most recent find and current favorite is my y2k style leather jacket that i found at goodwill. It’s genuine leather, buttery soft and goes with everything.

any vintage piece you’re currently on the hunt for: I’m always on the hunt for more pants, but right now I’m focused on finding the perfect pair of vintage plaid pants.

music in heavy rotation: my music that’s in rotation is changing constantly and my music taste is all over the place. I’m a huge pop music fan so Charli XCX is forever in rotation. But lately Steve Hiett’s Girls in the Grass album is on repeat. It’s so beautiful and relaxing, i can’t get enough.

what are you watching: I’m a sucker for reality TV, so Real Housewives are always on rotation for me, right now it’s Potomac and Salt Lake City.

favorite local eats: The Frido Bandido chili from B-Side on Cherokee St is hands down one of my favorite winter eats. Another go to is Sen-Thai Asian Bistro, everything on their menu is incredible.

favorite self care ritual: I like to take a full day for self care every now and again, although it probably doesn’t happen quite as much as it should. I love starting my day with a face mask. It makes you feel so refreshed and imo it’s the best way to start a day, especially a self care day. I then like to spend my self care days thrifting alone, i tend to go far out in the county and then work my way back to the city making as many stops at thrift stores as i can. You can’t go wrong with retail therapy and being able to do that while shopping second hand is definitely a plus.
