SHIPPING:

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours, weekends and holidays excluded. Orders placed after 12 pm CST will begin being processed the following business day. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled, but can be exchanged for alternate items if the order has not shipped.

May's Place reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability. Shipping time may vary due to availability of merchandise, in which case, the customer will be contacted directly.

May's Place offers shipping via USPS Priority or USPS First Class Mail only, Express shipping will not be used. To upgrade your shipping from Priority Mail to Express Mail, or to add signature confirmation and insurance, please contact us directly at maysplacestl@gmail.com. May's Place is not responsible for lost or stolen packages on purchases made without insurance and/or signature confirmation.

RETURNS:

We offer exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase on items returned in same condition as received. Please review all photos, descriptions, details and measurements before purchasing. COMMITMENT TO QUALITY & TRANSPARENCY:

Vintage clothing is pre-worn and occasionally a rare antique. As a result, some pieces may show signs of wear. May's Place carefully inspects each item and discloses any signs of wear in our detailed descriptions; however, due to the frequency of our listings, occasionally some small damage may be missed. Please be aware of this when buying from May's Place vintage collection. If an item has never been worn it will be labeled "deadstock," otherwise please note that all vintage has been worn throughout its existence. May's Place uses a modern American sizing chart and provides accurate measurements in each description.
