This Friday I’ll be taking to our Instagram to chat live with longtime May’s customer & Muse Lisa Houdei. Lisa is a St. Louis artist and musician. She’s the front woman behind local indie band, LéPonds. whose songs are filled with warmth and liveliness. Her recently released music video for “Love, Passion, Amour, Mani” is a beautiful mash up of videos submitted to her from folx sheltering at home. I thought that was such a cool way to commemorate this moment in history.

A beautiful collaborative collection of wonderful humans singin' and dancin' during the keep to yourself time period. Lyrics: Salam Oh tell me how you got so...

When she’s not making music or shaping clay, you’ll find her spending much of her time developing and maintaining her small homestead. Within this space, she hones in on what she loves to do most. Writing and recording music, painting, and developing new landscapes in her gardens. Her South City homestead is filled with birds, bees, and flowers. It’s a space intended for gathering and sharing a connection with others through food and the land you have access to. A truly dreamy site to behold!

Tune in Friday at noon on Instagram LIVE to hear more from Lisa. After our conversation stick around for our story sale, full of Le’Ponds inspired vintage.
